Jungle Theme Baby Shower

What a crazy weekend!  I don't know if it's because I'm 34 weeks pregnant, chasing around a 19th month old, or both (I think they're both good excuses), but I've just recovered from the weekend!  We hosted a couples shower for our dear friends Saturday night. Then Sunday, we drove 2.5 hours to West Lafayette (Go Purdue) for my friend's baby shower.  I thought I would post some of the games, decorations and such from the shower we hosted.  The theme was a JUNGLE theme. Enjoy!

When you came up to the door, we had this sign and the baby wreath there to greet people.  (The pictures are from inside because it was too cold out and I didn't want to stand outside and take pictures...I know I'm a wimp).

When people came inside I gave them a nametag and this card I made.  They were instructions to a game.

I pulled the game cards from this little buggy that I got at the $1 store which I just spray painted white.

When you came through the door, these were the decorations.  The animals on the tree are little jungle animals.

None of the pictures from the appetizer table turned out well from before the party.  Once the party started I totally forgot to take some, but here's a picture of the dessert table.

The cupcake toppers I used the Life's a Party Cricut Cartridge.  I just made 2 giraffes and taped a toothpick in between.

Floating Ducks!  I know they're not very jungley but we thought they were  fun!
